With almost 20 years of experience in the gambling industry, Kirsty Caldwell has proven herself as a professional by leading compliance teams located in every corner of the world, from large corporations to small start-ups. 

Her catalogue of knowledge has been developed through both full-time, in-house roles and through providing consultancy services as founder and CEO of the renowned compliance consultancy business Betsmart Consulting. 

Her previous position as VP of Compliance at Addison Global, preceded by Head of Compliance at the prestigious William Hill, pinpoints her abilities and her keen eye for lawful gambling conduct.

In her other previous roles, Kirsty has been responsible for managing all aspects of compliance in multiple jurisdictions. This includes regulatory and product, responsible gambling, customer due diligence, and AML/CFT.
